Require contact form 7 - top

  1. Download: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/

Installation - top

  1. Upload the add-to-any directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.

New form - top

New contact form -> click button "Drop files"

Email - top

If you choose option "Only email (max size 25m)" then Automatic Attachments in the email. You don’t need to do anything!

If you choose option "Send url local and send attachment" or "Send url local " then in tab "mail" -> "Message Body" -> add name field
